Offers

For any person (“Applicant”) seeking to apply for an offer advertised on this site and/or any other site used to advertise an offer approved by VSMA Group Pty Ltd, must abide by the following conditions:

  • The Applicant must be a resident of Australia and over the age of 18.
  • The Applicant must meet VSMA’s eligibility criteria (Call office on 1300 00 VSMA for more details).
  • The Applicant must successfully complete a financial review conducted by VSMA and/or any of its affiliates.
  • The Applicant must not have defaults on their credit report, including bankruptcy.
  • The Applicant must be an owner of a real estate property.

Issuing of offers

  • The offer will not be issued to a Referrer if that person is a member of a couple and the respective partner was/became an Eligible applicant.
  • The name(s) on the application to receive the offer must match the name(s) on an eligible finance assessment.
  • The offer will be presented to the applicant upon successfully completing an office consultation, where their financial position will be reviewed.
  • The office presentation will be held at VSMA’s office on L8, 10 Queens Road, Melbourne, VIC, 3004.
